I filled out an online application. A few weeks later, I was asked to do an online interview. It was pretty straight forward and they asked me the same questions that others have posted. I thought I must not have passed that level because almost 3 months went by, but then I was called for a face to face interview. I hope it goes well. I am older (in my 40's), so I may not be what they are looking for.
