The first round is telephonic, and then the invited in-person Dallas, TX location for behavior and technical rounds. Once, I visited for an in-person interview, and the Manager was an Asian lady; I greeted her, then her first line was, If you performed well, we will go for a behavior round, or you can go. She is so arrogant and rude. She pretends she owns American Airlines, not work for an AA. The whole process is so frustrating. @AA, your employee has some basic courtesy. I took one day's leave and attained an interview, but the whole process was horrible
