Very long process with an overwhelming number of applicants, so be very patient!
I applied in May. Submitted an online application and completed an assessment.
In June, i received an invitation to complete a video interview via HireVue. Its one sided, where a recording will read the question off to you then you'll record your answer. They give you a few practice questions to get use to the process and loosen you up. Then, you have 30 sec to prepare and about 2 min to record for each question. Only one take, so make it count. I received confirmation via email that my video answers had been submitted successfully the same week.
Months went by and I heard nothing, then in mid September I received an email to call and schedule a F2F interview in Dallas, which I finally attended last week! Amazing experience! The weather was terrible, so the staff gave all the applicants time to make it there. Everyone was super friendly. We started in one huge room, where we did a group activity to get acquainted. Then, they broke us apart into smaller groups and brought us into separate rooms with one or 2 recruiters where the more serious questions were asked. Only about 3 questions. The first 2 were standard, intro questions about yourself and accomplishments that the entire group took turns answering. The last one was randomly selected from a stack of note cards. Each person had a diff questions. They then bring you back into the main room, show you a video about the company and position, then start calling you out one by one. Here is when the selection starts to be made. Youre either walked out, or taken to get fingerprinted and to do a one-on-one interview with a manager. They make a final selection after the one on one.
