This was my favorite F2F so far. It was not intimidating at all despite being very nervous before going. We did an individual activity, a group activity, a group interview, a jumpseat and reach test, and a 1:1 interview. The flight attendants/recruiters will monitor everyone throughout all of these activities to see who is participating and really looking to see how you'd fit in at AA. Be genuine and you should be good. Practice your STAR questions and have stories ready to go. Also, make sure you dress the part. It really wasn't as hard/scary as people make the process out to be. If you just have fun, smile, and soak in the moment, you should be good. AA invited you there for a reason. Also, make sure you read all of the details in the emails you receive. Being able to follow instructions can make or break you in this industry.
