      Entretien

The application and interview process is very lengthy and requires patience throughout. Begin by filling out an application online, be sure there are no typos and all of your information is correct. Next, they will send you an online assessment to complete. The assessment was mostly comprised of different statements and you ranked how much you agreed/disagreed with said statement. This was mostly to gauge how much your values align with what they are looking for. After the assessment was completed, they will send an email stating that you have been selected to attend a live virtual interview. The email contains all pertinent information about what to expect, how to access the interview portal, etc. The virtual interview was comprised of two interviewers, about 30 interviewees, and four additional people who didn't speak and had their cameras off (they were watching people during the interview). In the virtual interview, each interviewee was given the opportunity to share their name, where they lived, and (I think) a fun fact about themselves. After everyone had concluded their introductions, we were each given 1 minute to answer a question and each of us received a different question. After everyone finished answering their question, the interviewers thanked us for our time and logged off. After the virtual interview (maybe a week or so later), the emails went out informing everyone if they had made it to the face-to-face (F2F) interview or not. If you were selected to attend the F2F interview, the email contained most of the information in regards to that (additional emails followed). If you do not live in the DFW metroplex, they will fly you into and home from Dallas. They give you two options, fly in the day before or the day of. If you fly in the day before, they do not provide accommodations for the night prior to your interview. The F2F is held at their HQ in Fort Worth and started at around 8 AM. If you were late, they would not allow you to interview and invited you to reapply when you were eligible to do so (in about 6-12 months). The F2F interview has a lot of steps involved and they are very thorough. The day consisted of assessments, group activities, questions & answer sessions, required document checks, sit/reach test, etc. At times throughout the day, groups of people would be called out of the room. This meant that they were not making it to the next round of the F2F interviews and were taken to the airport. As all of the actives wound down for the day, we had one-on-one interviews with people who had not been with us throughout the whole day. Some people did not make it through this part of the interview and were sent home, others were sent home to later receive a job offer, and others received a job offer during the one-on-one interview. The day I interviewed, I received an offer on the spot and was taken to a different area of the building with others who had also received an offer. In this area, we signed some paper work and were drug tested right then and there. After that was completed, we were taken to the airport to go home.
