Application is online @ AA.com notified by phone several months later. First interview by phone with two panel members. Notified a week later for an in-person interview. Panel interview with 3 members two from US Airways and one from AA. Notified two weeks later for a third interview with the same panel. Third interview only one panel member asked a question. Both in person interviews were delayed waiting on a panel member.
