I did my application online on monday July 27th, i received an email a couple of hours later asking me to do the video interview within the next 5 days. I did on wednesday july 29th. This site was very helpful and all the questions i was asked are here. There was one question i didn't want to be asked which is what the American airlines work culture? I did a lot of research on that but i couldn't find any good answers and that was the first question they asked me so that threw me off, i don't remember the answer i gave them i was too nervous. Now, i'm waiting to see if they want me to go to the face to face part of the process. I hope so.
