Virtual interval: group interview, 2 or 3 questions each
F2F interview in Dallas: sat around a table as a group and answered questions in front of two recruiters.
Then they called about 10 of our names and led us upstairs and outside and said “ the shuttle will be here soon”… that was the end. I thought this part was bizarre that they didnt say sorry you didn’t get it or anything! They just led us outside and quickly went back inside.

I walked into an office, and then waited for the guy for 10 minutes. Then I was asked about my qualifications and I said I have a marine science degree and he said well god why do you have a degree in biology and you wanna fly planes and I said no I don’t wanna fly planes I wanna be a flight attendant

Did a online assessment. Was asked to do virtual interview. Then asked for a f2f. Went to Dallas and had an interview with about 20 people. A lot of talking and two panel interviews and groups activities. That lasted a couple hours. Called people by groups to leave and said they’ll let you know in 5-7 business days but we already knew we didn’t get it.

Just be yourself, don’t try and be something your not. Also don’t try and take over in the group interviews. Be genuine and always pay attention to what they are asking for. Like I said Just be yourself !
