Day 1: I filled out an online application. Completed the online questionnaire (100 questions) and several scenario type questions, answering the best answer/option based on the 5 provided.
Day 3: Invited to complete online video interview. I had five days to make the recorded online interview.
Day 7: Take online video interview. The fact that the recording is timed and you only have one shot made me nervous, but tried to smile a lot and look directly into the camera while speaking. I answered 6 questions, pretty easy if you're in the customer service industry, you should have not problem answering them.

What is your most difficult team experience and what made it challenging?
I had my VI a few weeks ago and thought I could have done way better! So then I got an email saying that I wouldn’t be going any further, which made me super sad BUT THEN I got another email this week saying that they reconsidered my VI and I am going to the F2F next week! Has this ever happened to anyone??I’m excited and nervous!!

The video interview is very stressful. Before you start, it says you will have plenty of time to answer, but after you have a minute to think about the question , it starts recording immediately and you have up to 3 min for your response. I started out on a notebook computer and the video software had serious issues stopping mid-sentence and then getting hung up for 45 minutes with a message that it was submitting my response to the 1st question. I tried to switch mid-interview to a tablet. That ultimately worked. I was totally expecting to be given some sort of proficiency test on my second language at some point, but did not realize I would have to respond in Italian to a couple of questions on the video interview. I wasn't prepared for that and feel like I stumbled thru that part.
I completed the video interview 2 days ago and have not heard anything yet. Please disregard the status below of "no" to receiving an offer. I just meant "not yet", but unable to change it on this form.

Entretien
The Video Interview was pretty much straight to the point with non difficult question being asked of past experience in customer service and reason on why you would want to be a flight attendant. Also asked experience questions with previous jobs.
