it was a mass hiring event at a local hotel, then all applicants was broken down in to groups of about 4 applicants then we went into a room where the Interviewer asked a question and we each had to give our answer in front of everybody. After that was done they went out and discussed who got the job.

easy, basic questions and was held as a group interview. received the job on the spot after completing interview. process may take awhile to get an email back. i had to wait 7 months

Be on time dress business dress and not business casual...know how to speak clearly about yourself and about why you want to work for American Airlines. Might be asked online and be able to answer any one of them because you will have to answer at least three.
