J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez American Airlines en déc. 2013
Entretien
I applied online on 11/26/13. 12/13/13 I received an e-mail that I was invited to the online interview. I had 5 days to complete it. Then I received a phone call from them AA on 12/16 telling me to complete the interview by 12/18/13. I finally got up the courage to take it while my kids were at school. I put on a suit, bun, and red lips. My questions were a little different than some I've read on here. It asked "what do you personally know about American Airlines", and a lot of customer service oriented questions. 1/3/14 I received an e-mail to update my information. 1/8/14 I received an phone call for my F2F!!! I was soooo excited. I go next month for my final interview. I am so excited to get this opportunity. I will post an update! Good luck everyone :) I am just going to stay positive and hope that my personality shines through :))

Question 1
There were 6 questions. They were a bit different than the some listed on here, but I can't remember exactly what they were. I was so focused on doing my personal best I wasn't memorizing questions.
