J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez American Airlines (Dallas, TX) en janv. 2014
Entretien
I applied Oct 2013, about a month later I was invited for a video interview...about another month later I was notified by email that I passed the screening process and needed to update my information online so that they could schedule my interview. Then a little over 2 weeks later they called to schedule my interview. I will fly to Dallas in Jan 2013 for the interview
UPDATE:
the interview process was awesome... All the questions posted and tips on the process were pretty accurate. I did have to call them when it was 2 days prior and i had not received my flight info- they said they sent it but i had to get them to resend it. I got to the end and received a 1 on 1. then i was fingerprinted etc like they say.
The process has gone pretty quick since then. I received the email within a few days about moving on to the next step- DOT forms....then I just received medical test info and a conditional offer letter etc....
TIPS-
PEOPLE READ YOUR CORRESPONDENCE AND FOLLOW DIRECTIONS!!!
I say this because 2 ladies arrived without there passports after it was VERY CLEAR you COULD NOT be interviewed without it. one left it and brought the plastic card they give you, another left it all together for reasons unknown and just explained that she did have one, just not with her 0_o....needless to say they were sent home and could not continue with the process for the day.
HAVE FUN, SMILE, SPEAK CLEARLY & and LOUD enough for ppl to hear you -if you have a heavy accent because english is your second language-i HIGHLY suggest you practice toning it down when you are speaking English because passengers need to understand you.... LISTEN to instructions- maybe it was nerves but i watched ppl not complete all the tasks they asked when it was clearly stated.... They want you to succeed, so don't give them a reason to not hire you. Put your best food fwd and OMG DRESS IN BUSINESS ATTIRE! if you do not know what to wear google APPROPRIATE INTERVIEW attire. You want to be moving on then LOOK the part, every little bit helps.
Also if you know someone currently employed with them , bring a RECOMMENDATION LETTER with you to give to the recruiters- YOU MAY NEED The help lol...
And the last thing that comes to mind is when you are in your group interview, don't sit there and let the crickets chirp lol...RAISE Your hand and ANSWER the questions- don't wait for other ppl to answer because if you have a group like mine, nobody was jumping to answer first. SO I DID...

Question 1
No really 'difficult' questions. They were scenario based mostly like other applicants stated. The unexpected questions were in the initial assessment online, to make sure you are not a hot head mean person it seems lol.
UPDATE:
for me it was difficult because i had to answer my question first in the group interview, and my nerves took over- but they considered that i was the first 1 and took that into account. i don't know what i said but i got feedback later that i did well and understood what i was saying-even if i didn't lol
one question was what was the most proud moment you have had at your current or previous job...that was a little unexpected...
