I applied online and then went through their personality assessment, which took forever. Did not get invited to do a video interview. Prior to their assessment I would recommend that you write down the key skills that they're looking for on a piece of paper and keep it nearby while you're doing the assessment, that way you can use that to help figure out which response would be the best answer. There are a lot of weirdly phrased and trick questions, so try to be consistent with your answers. Overall, their assessment was a lot more difficult and had you jumping through more hoops than other airlines, which I thought was weird.

I did my video interview last week, did great. I wonder, how long do I have to wait the call, for the f2f interview invite? I would prefer human interaction than the video. Hope and pray, they will call me soon. Im waiting patiently, I look forward it. Fingers crossed!
