It was a group interview like 6 people , pretty easy standard questions, they pick a few out of the group to get hired. They told me on the spot if they hired you or not.

Entretien
American is ramping up staff after Covid and is doing some unprecedented hiring. after submitting my application online I attended a mass interview at a hotel near JFK. It wasn't completely clear that there would be hiring on the spot. I was offered a job but I was only expecting the process to be a couple of hours. It was at least 4 hours.
After that it was a slow process and took about 15 weeks before I started. It wasn't until week 3 that I found out that my part time job, was part time 5 days a week. Unfortunately that would not work for me so I resigned.

Question 1
There were about 5 generic questions. I was in a group of 9 people with the whole group or half the group answering a question. After about 45 minutes the session ended and half the group were offered jobs.
