J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez American Airlines
Entretien
The process starts with a phone interview (one on one) to screen potential hires. Once you pass the initial screening you are brought in to DFW for a formal interview. During the formal interview you will meet 3 to 4 hiring managers. The questions can vary from marketing to finance to accounting. (If you want to do well you should brush up on your Porter's 5 forces, financial statement analysis, and management styles). The interviewers made the process fun and interactive by giving real life scenario and experience questions sprinkled with mini case questions (think quickly, speak clearly, and define your logic brilliantly) to see how you would react under pressure.
The final part of the interview process involves a case study. This part of the interview can be taken at home (much different than most firms which requires you to be at location in a locked room), this goes by the honor code that you will complete the given assignment in a predetermined time frame without outside help. The format is a combination of Excel and Essay. If you are at this part of the interview you should start brushing up on excel formulas, accounting, and forecasting analysis to complete the excel part. The essay part of the exam is less quantitative driven and more qualitative. You should have no problem with this part of the interview if you just completed a MBA program.
