Pretty much everything that was mentioned in previous posts is how it went. However, at the end of the company presentation they will call you out one by one, and either you will be fingerprinted or you will be escorted to the shuttle. When this happened one candidate asked if they are still doing fingerprinting on the same day and she was told "No" because too many people posted it on sites like this so they changed the process. Untrue!!! A couple hours later someone from our group posted on FB that they were fingerprinted and offered the job the same day. Integrity is huge when choosing a company and deceptive answers like that doesn't leave a good perception on the company as a whole.
