First interview: Presentation about company. Small quiz on checking for errors on passports. Collected all grades needed, filled in forms and had a one to one interview with apprenticeship provider.
Second Interview: Group building activities 'if you were stranded on the moon which items would be most important' followed by a role play on customer service how to deal with angry customers. One to one interview with AA.
