Phone screening by HR department. First in person interview with Duty Managers onsite. Disappointed In the fact that AA fly's you to destination, but then had to cover a $50 taxi ride to the interview location.

They already know who they want. They post for no reason with no intention to promote from within. 55k for working 18 hour shifts of terrible airplane management. On top fo that very little flexibility to work other times.

I had the opportunity to meet a great team of interviewers. More than an interview, it was simply a great back and forth conversation. They were very excited to listen to my experience.
