The third question was different for each person so there is no way to really prepare cause you don't know what you are going to get. Understand American Airlines culture and just be honest. Then we went back to go over pay and benefits when they called us one by one. I was taken to get fingerprints, reach test, and jumpseat and had a one on one with a different recruiting manager. Basically time to shine and show them that you want to be there and how your experiences have led you to this role. They did not let me know on the spot I got the job.
