Everything is just like all of the interviews stated before, when I went to the F2F there were around 30 other interviewees. Some tips for those of you going through the F2F: -Dress the part, skirt/pant suit with hose, plain blouse with collar, hair pulled back, natural and fresh makeup. Put on red lipstick if you want, in fact a flight attendant told our group while we were waiting to put some on, but I forgot mine! So if you care to do red lips, but I think it helped me to stand out since everyone else was rocking the red. Up to you.. -Be friendly, but not overbearing. It is in your favor to be as genuine as possible, and that includes how you interact with your fellow interviewees. -Try to stand out during the group activity. You want to make sure the group and recruiters remember you, but in a positive way. Don't try to hog the spotlight, know how to work in a team. (It also helps to be a little silly with your 'unique fact about you') -DO YOUR RESEARCH. Study interview questions like you would for an exam. However, make sure to not sound canned when you deliver your answer. And if it is a situational question, STAR FORMAT is the way to go! Also make sure you know about the values and history of the company! Of the 30+ interviewees only around 7 made it to the fingerprinting round (inc. 3 language speakers). But don't think it's over, there will be a one-on-one interview and it might even be with a completely different recruiter. Even though it seems to be a more relaxed interview, keep on your toes and make sure you connect. This is the absolute time to make an impression. Have stories/experiences to back up your answers; they are really looking to see what inspired you to pursue this career. After a couple of days you get a CJO. I've accepted it and now am waiting for background checks, training day start, etc. Hope this helps. Good luck!
