I sent in my application on the AA career website. After waiting about a month, I received an from talent service saying that I had a group interview that Friday. I went to the interview where I interacted with a lot polite employees as I was finding the interview location site. The interview was two customer service managers interview 3 applicants. They asked a question and we each took turns answering it.
