I applied online and filled out some questionnaires to pass the first step. It took several days before I got the invitation for video interview. It was fast, so get prepared and dress properly. Make sure that no interrupt would happen during your video. Be relaxed and confident. Actually I don't think I did my best in the video. But try to answer questions the best you can and don't pause too often or too long.
