J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 5 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez American Airlines (Dallas, TX) en déc. 2015

The interview process is done in about three steps. The online application, the video interview and the face to face interview. I am about to fly out for the f2f. The online application was pretty simple and straight forward. I spent approximately 40 minutes because I double checked everything I was submitting. There was also an assessment to be completed afterwards. The video interview was also pretty simple. I dressed as if I was attending an in person interview. I had some difficulties with my laptop so after several attempts I downloaded the software to my iPad to complete the interview. You are given as much time as you need to prepare. Once you begin there are about five questions to complete. It has been about five months from the date I applied online to the time I was extended the offer of a f2f.
