i was lucky to have a "quick" process and was hired an on the line start to finish in 5 months. The questionaire is tricky biut once you get passed that then you go onto the video interview. its weird because youre not talking to anyone but i smiled and introduced myself at first and that helped me i think. my flight to the f2f was delayed so i had to be put into a different interview group. i was cool and went with the flow and wishwed everyone in the first round good luck. i prepared for the interview with glassdoor questions. i used star technique to answer. i was hired on the spot.
