When you arrive they make you answer some questions on a paper, then call you up to the front one by one to check passport and ID'S, after everyone is check in. They will split you up into groups for group interviews. My group interview was easy and fast. I am not sure how they decide based off of this information. You will be brought into the original room for a presentation about the company. They call you one by one. Candidates were shown the door right away, then candidates like me were brought into another room and ask some more question, then shown the door, and then there was a group of candidates who filled out more paperwork, fingerprinted and drug tested. I was told the people who got shown the door right away did not get the job, the people who sat down with another recruiter were still in the running, and they people who got fingerprinted and drug test did not get a job offer, but will receive an email within three days. I was also told that i would receive an email within 3 days. The candidates who got shown the door right away were told that they would hear back within 2 weeks. I am not sure how they pick candidates, for example some of the candidates that got picked were not dressed professionally, hair was messed up, no make up, tattoos showing, overweight, couldn't follow directions, and couldn't speak proper english, it was kind of disappointing seeing some of the candidates they chose to work for this company. I have not received an email yet.
