Completed all work info, essay, background info, etc. online and got a confirmation email relatively quickly afterwards. Then got an email to video interview more than one month later. All the questions were the ones I found on here. Still waiting to hear back about a F2F but make sure your video interview is treated like a real life interview! Plain background, bright clear lighting, do your interview on a laptop, no background noise, dress business professional (at least for the top half of you.) ;) Expect to have a lot of radio silence / patience during this process of waiting between emails.
