Unneccessarily long process. I applied in April, didn't receive a request for a phone interview until end of June. Followed almost 4 weeks later by 5 interviews with various people around the business. I was also asked to prepare a written exercise which took a few hours to perfect. Most noticeable to me was that there was a complete lack of diversity of interviewers, which I was told in the debrief was to be expected working in the Tech world (sorry, but I've worked in other organisations in Tech and refuse to just expect this as standard).

The process was hard but good knowledge. Their are hiring people that is the best, and don not settle for less. I would like to learn how others see the process and learn from them
