During the interview, I was asked in detail about the work I have done so far, including my key responsibilities and specific contributions in previous roles. They also focused on assessing whether I had demonstrated a strong sense of customer obsession—looking for examples where I went above and beyond to meet customer needs or improve the user experience. In addition, I was asked about the types of data I’ve worked with in the industry, how I processed and analyzed that data, and the impact it had on business decisions or outcomes.

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you went above and beyond to meet the needs of a customer.
Can you give an example of a time when you had to dive deep into data or details to solve a problem?
Efficient. The technical interview assesses your practical skills in working with data, solving real-world problems, and communicating insights. It goes beyond theory — they want to see how you think, analyze, and explain.
