the overall experience is good as interviewers are polite even when they are rejecting you. First call is with HR, initial screening, then another 6-7 rounds of interview. Last stage is cultural fit which takes 3-4 hours in the office.

Not hard, Mostly Leadership Principles. However, it really depends on the interviewer. I am not sure about others, but mine is very specific on my sales experience and asked about the deal size.

Didn't get asked anything i was told to prepare for - prepared examples of leadership principles and i was asked general 'what would i do with critical information' - not really related to any particular leadership principle
