El proceso consisten en entrevistas en donde se evalúa si el candidato tiene el perfil para trabajar en la cultura particular de Amazon.

Screener with AWS recruiter, then advanced to a hiring manager interview. There was a shadow on the interview, so it was 2v1. Lots of behavioral questions and wanted me to use "I" a lot.

The interview process was rather intense; but the recruiter does a good job of explaining things to focus on. Expect to provide a lot of data evidence to pretty much all of the questions.
