The day unfolded with a series of four back-to-back interviews, each spanning an hour, conducted by four distinct individuals. The candidates found themselves navigating a whirlwind of questions, their skills and knowledge put to the test in a rapid-fire loop that demanded unwavering focus and composure. The atmosphere was charged with a palpable tension, as every response carried the weight of potentially securing a coveted opportunity or facing disappointment.

The interview process was well-structured and professional. It started with an online application and initial screening, followed by technical and behavioral interviews. The questions focused on basic cloud concepts, networking, troubleshooting scenarios, and customer-focused situations. The interviewers were friendly and explained the next steps clearly. Overall, the process was fair and gave a good sense of what the Cloud Support Engineer role involves.

It was a good process, from the start everyone very friendly and all transparent. It's a long process in which a lot of interviews are taken, so if you're going to take a process with Amazon, you have to be aware of that.
