Behavioural based questions based around leadership principles. Normally two to three questions per leadership principle and they will dig into your answers so make sure they have detail to them. Not too hard compared to some big tech and no trick questions

Phone screening through Chime, the video was on and lasted 40 minutes. The interviewer asked 2 to 3 Amazon’s Leadership Principals and a few follow-up questions, and about my experience with big data. No technical questions.

Can you give an example of a time when you had to dive deep into data or details to solve a problem?
Efficient. The technical interview assesses your practical skills in working with data, solving real-world problems, and communicating insights. It goes beyond theory — they want to see how you think, analyze, and explain.
