Entretien
Two rounds of phone screening and one loop interview. Phone screening focuses on technical and functional competencies, and loop focuses on behavioural questions aligned with the leadership principles. You have to be prepared with past experience and examples constructed in the STAR format. The interviewers will probe you after you share your examples, so be prepared to back up your anecdotes with figures and facts.

The interview process consisted of 1 hour 1:1 meetings with stakeholders (hiring manager, colleagues, and a bar raiser). The interviews consist of a series of behavioral questions. Towards the end, I had the opportunity to ask questions. It was a pleasant experience!
