Assessment, two recruiter calls, one phone screen and 5x1hr loop interviews. Recruiter was super nice, supportive and prompt in responding to your enquiries. Everything was great even though the loop interviews can be very intense. Unfortunately, didn’t get an offer but the whole process (including preparation) actually helps to know myself better.

Behavioural interview but they still included some technical questions and then a technical interview. Even though not essential having Java experience and Python seemed crucial due to questions that where being asked. Leadership Principles are definitely integrated into the interview

Most important are the leadership principles and the interview preparation videos are helpful to guide up for interview preparation. Interview level is medium and panels make sure you are comfortable with the procedures.
