Very abstract process, no one is able to truly demonstrate skills and potential with automatization process. Solving simple programming problems is not the best criteria to identify good candidates. The process should be with real world problems that candidates could try enterpreting. It should be more extensive on its context. Programmers must understand contexts in order to solve real problems.
