The assessment is timed and is mostly scenario based questions, which may or may not vary depending on the type of role. The recruiter will reach out after they see your passing score and will then schedule an interview with the hiring manager.

It takes about one hour, the process was ok, but the lady who interviewed me not the hire manager for the position I applied, which was strange. She was nice though.
