I sent my resume and cover letter, then the hiring team contacted me for an interview. It was quite average - asked about personal work experience and testing hypotheses. As I was applying for a position in Germany several questions were supposed to be answered in German. I didn't get the offer because they considered my German language skills to be insufficient (went for German native instead).
