Phase 1 - Leadership Principles + some technical questions Interviewer is an AWS specialist (not HR) who wants to evaluate your fit for the job. They start by asking questions related to some of the 16 Leadeship Priciples and then continue with several technical questions. I was impressed that HR scheduled a short pre-interview call to highlight the importance of knowing the Leadership Principles and finding examples from my experience to match those principles.
