The interview is divided into 5 sub interviews, the 1st and 2nd are over the phone, whereas the rest are f2f. The 1st interview was technical, which i passed. The 2nd, was a behavioral interview which designed to evaluate the candidate soft skills. The 2nd interview from my point of view was OK, however, i got a response 2 weeks after that i didn't pass. I'm OK with their decision, as long they say why they made this decision, and how can i improve the next time. Unfortunately, they didn't add any further info on why i didn't pass, soni sent them an email asking for more info, but they insist not to share more info.

Initial HR screen , followed by Technical Phone screen. After that 2 Technical and one Manager interview. Last interview with Manager was Focused on Amazon leadership principal and Behavioral question around previous work experience.
