3 pronged process- initial recruiter 30 min call, a single one hour interview and the final Interview is a single day of 5 one hour interviews. Deliberations take 2-5 business days followed by an offer call 48 hours later.

Too long of a process including over 12 interviews that can require 8-12 stories of each selling experience as well as background information on the role. Not to mention aptitude tests as well.
