There is a preliminary interview and then "the interview loop" which is a day of interviews including an interview with a "bar raiser" (look it up).

The interview process began with a standard 30-minute phone screening with a recruiter to discuss my background and salary expectations. Following that, I had a 45-minute panel video interview with the hiring manager and two team members, which focused heavily on behavioral questions and past campaign metrics. The final step was a short take-home assignment to evaluate my strategic thinking.
