Had an initial screening call with the HR Recruiter. It was very straightforward and it appeared to go well. I was told that he was meeting with the hiring manager later that day and my qualifications would be reviewed. The call itself was fine, but I never received any further communication. I followed up, but my messages received no response.

applied on LinkedIn, Was contacted by their recruiter all of a sudden through a random text, instead of formal email responses as majority of the companies do. Took one week to set up an interview, which happened the week after. Interview happened on a Friday, went very well. Next Monday, The recruiter texted again for available time slot to chat after we've moved our communication to email for tracking reasons. After I replied, he went ghost for a week, then replied "the position was removed by Finance." after I followed up. The entire process was unprofessional and a waste of time.
