J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Alteryx (Broomfield, CO) en juill. 2016

The internal corporate recruiter stood me up for a phone screen twice. I was contacted by an internal recruiter that I eventually had to track down to try and get a phone screen verified. They didn't call at the scheduled time then email me 15 minutes later asking to reschedule. After shuffling my morning around to accommodate them, again, no call, and not even a late email apologizing. Real professionals here.
We apologize that you did not have a positive experience with our recruiter. We strive to have a process that is respectful of the candidate’s time and we are addressing the issue internally. Please let us know if you would like to speak with either the VP of HR, the Team Lead for Talent Acquisition or the Hiring Manager directly. We appreciate the feedback and will ensure that this does not occur again.

Had an initial screening call with the recruiter. He was late and then admitted the company was struggling. Spent most of the interview outlining the absurd interview process. It started with a take home test, third party of course, followed by FIVE different interviews. At this point I just laughed and refused to go any further.
Call with recrutier, asking my current situation and future prespectives
What atracted me to answer the add... proceed to describe the job position
In the end we agree to think about it and decided later wheter or not to move forward with the process

Reached out to by recruiter on LinkedIn. Both recruiters I met with were friendly. Next stage was behavioral call with hiring manager, and then following stage was 3 separate interviews consisting of: behavioral with team, technical with team and final call with hiring manager.
The technical was providing high level definitions for different programming terms (i.e. what's boxing). What struck me as odd (and 1 reason for the negative experience) was when I was asked to provide on a scale of 1-10 my expertise in C#. I feel it's a bit arrogant to respond 10 so I went with 7. The 2 interviewers weren't thrilled about that and we spent the remainder of the time discussing why 7 and not 10.
Was told I'd hear back by next business day, however was ghosted by hiring manager and recruiting team afterwards.
