Spent 3 weeks going back and forth with the recruiter via email. The recruiter would constantly call unexpectedly during work hours for a phone screen. This was after I'd request to schedule a specific time to chat. Applicants who are working can't just pick up a call at a random business hours. Their hiring process needs to get more organized. What a waste of time.
