First there was a phone interview from the recruiter. Then the recruiter passed on the answers to the company and the company decided whether they would like to have a face to face interview. The interview was really straight-forward. The interviewers were very friendly and excellent professionals. The questions were the usual interview questions and there were no any tricky questions. Apart from the interview process, there was also a compulsory presentation around the field of the position applied. The topic of the presentation was given a week before the proper interview and the recruiter also send me a specific journal that was really helpful and was the one I used in order to make the presentation.
