The recruiter called me and arranged an interview with the hiring manager. I was expecting a typical: 'tell me about yourself' interview for the first round. But the very first interview was a technical interview. The interviewer was pleasant and the 5 questions were not particularly hard.

The initial hiring process and interview were fine...until I was given an offer. You put your desired salary range in your application, but they offered me $9000 under my range (which was less than my current role). They were unwilling to negotiate or offer any other incentives, and they never even responded to my reply. Then, one of the Alcon hiring managers informed a manager at my current company that they gave me an offer, who confronted me and informed my company's leadership that I am interviewing elsewhere. This is completely unprofessional and immoral, so I am glad I declined.

Panel interview. Technical questions followed by behavioral ones. Overall, went well with good questions. 1 hour to 2 depending on how the interview goes. Happy with how it went. Looks like a great place to work at!

It was the longest interview I’ve ever been on (2 1/2 hours) but Brain made it wonderful and informative. He literally walked me down every hall explaining everyone’s job including how I be entered in the work flow. He took me around and showed me what my day-to-day will consists of. His conversational skills are wonderful. We didn’t only talk about the job, we talked about our laboratory experiences and how it played into the role. He made that interview so relax where I was truly able to be myself.

The interviewer only wanted to know our background and the job scope is promoting the contact lens. Everything is go with smooth, after have confirmed the work then we just go to meet and get the Alcon promoter eg:lens to promo

Received first phone call interview at beginning of resume review cycle. It was a 20 minute interview that checked with skills on my resume and generic questions. Moved to second round with hiring manager with behavioral questions.

First I went through phone screening process with Talent Acquisition specialist where he mentioned my resume was picked by Hiring manager and will get back to me with an interview schedule. Its been more than a month, no reply from 2 weeks.

The interview was a 45-minute video call with the supervisor and another employee. It started with a description of the job, followed by a set of standard interview questions, about 10 in total. About 15 minutes after the interview ended I was offered the job.

Phone screen with the lab manager, followed by two hours of conference call video interview some time later. The interview was split into two one hour calls with three people on each call, other than me. The each had required competency questions they had to ask, focusing on different things they thought were important.

Had a pre-screen with recruiter then hiring manager, came on site for a panel interview with three different interviewers. They made me feel comfortable and relaxed the entire time. I got an offer the same day
