Initially contacted by an outside recruiter regarding the position. This was followed up by a brief phone interview with the hiring manager. This call primarily focused on my experience and interest in relocating. About two weeks after was invited to interview in person, primarily with people from the business units. Following this interview, was invited for the final round. Interviews lasted about a half day, and only met with others in the legal department. During this visit, my spouse and I was also provided with a tour of the area - this was pivotal in the decision to accept the offer. Verbal offer came about week after the final interview, with the formal offer following about a week or so after.
