Received a phone call from the HR representative. After description of the position, set up a phone interview with potential hiring managers and director of the department. The phone interview lasted about an hour. Few days after the interview, HR contacted to set up a on-site interview. Flew me out to the company, and stayed at a hotel overnight. Hiring managers came out to have dinner together. At the on-site interview, the interview consisted of providing additional information on the position, and spoke with 5 different invidividuals. During the interview, everything sounded great, the people were nice, the upper management was even nicer. The work culture seemed to revolve around working diligently to make sure that the products were getting to the market.

Very thorough screening. Typically 3 months to hire from initial phone contact to date of hire. Phone interview is talent scout. Then they set you up with hiring manager for phone screen. Depending on scheduling typically one full day of interviewing. Followed up with a week or two of review for offer.
