Recruiter reached out to me by phone, then I had a panel interview through video call with the team. The interview itself was relatively easy, but some of the interviewers were incredibly disengaged, cold, and didn't even seem to want to talk to me. Even right when I joined the meeting, they looked bored and like they didn't want to be there. Was rejected a couple weeks later. It almost seemed as if they already knew who they wanted to hire before interviewing anyone and were just going through the motions of interviewing other candidates.
