Application on line. Invited to answer on line questionaire. Once this was completed, a few days later I was invited to participate in the on-line interview. It was a video interview process. One week later I was invited to participate in the in person, all day event. This consisted of a persona one in one interview, group interview, break out session and a final one on one interview. I made it through the group interview and then, I was waiting for my final interview…my name was called; and then - thinking I was going to the final interview, I was thanked and asked to re-apply in 6 months. Needless to say I was surprised - I honestly thought I nailed the group interview….but I will be applying again.
